We firmly believe in professional development and are constantly encouraging staff to extend their knowledge and experiences. Upskilling and transition programs are used with our on-site and office staff allowing us to have the right people for every job.

Chris founded Camco in 2001 bring with him over 25 years of experience in the building industry. Qualified with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Chris has a proven record of being a fast and reliable. Providing positive outcomes for both clients and the business, Chris commitment to developing his personnel, management systems and clients ensures that Camco continues to provide quality project results to clients.

Joining Camco in 2002 Greg has over 10 years project management and building industry experience. Greg continues to demonstrate commitment to producing the highest possible outcome for his projects with his professional conduct and rapport with clients. His passion for successfully managing the project is demonstrated daily by his commitment to ensuring client expectations are met.

As a talented and ambitious project manager, Sam is actively involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle. With civil, structural and geotechnical engineering together with financial management, Sam brings extensive technical knowledge teamed with the desire to expand his skill set by continuing to challenge himself whilst gaining invaluable experience in Project Management.

Mark has over 25 years’ experience owning and operating small business with a focus over the last 15 years in the construction industry. Because of his background, Mark values the importance of effective people management, cost management and time management. He is extremely passionate and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment to successfully manage his projects and surpass our client’s expectations.

Marco Puz
Systems Manager

Marco has over 25 years’ experience in safety and injury management with a focus over the last 15 years on corporate governance, policy and enterprise-wide risk management in both the private and public sectors. His training and background in biological sciences provides an informed approach to environmental matters making Marco a true all-rounder in the quality, safety and environmental aspects of projects and in the management of system accreditations to Australian and International Standards.

Lucia Alfano
Business Manager

Lucia has over 25 years’ experience in banking and finance. She has been in the civil engineering industry for 12 years as both the Finance Manager and now the Business Manager.
Lucia oversees and manages the day to day operations of Camco’s Administration department and is part of the Management team helping to oversee and help set future direction for Camco.
